Wujiang Yingxiang Chemical Fiber Co., Ltd. introduced TMT’s CIQ (Circular In-flow Quench) spinning for micro filament PET - POY and their commercial production started successfully since March 2009. Wujiang Yingxiang is leading fiber producer in China, having from continuous spinning to DTY with production capacity of 480,000 ton/year.

High quality micro filament POY with 150d/288f, 75d/144f and 50d/96f (DTY denier) are now in full production and being well received in the market. Further, production of 50d/144f is scheduled to start in May.

TMT’s CIQ spinning system enable production of 0.3 – 0.5 dpf products with significant reduction in air consumption compare to conventional cross flow quench, so called “advanced energy saving spinning system for high quality micro filament yarn”.
